75% refund for cancelations received 60 days before check-in
50% refund for cancelations received 30 days before check-in
29 days or less no refunds
As the cottage owner we require 50% of the rental fee at the time of the booking (via etransfer to triplepines3@gmail.com) This payment is due within 24hrs of the booking contract being sent to the guest. This payment will secure your booking. If the 50% payment is not received within this 24hr time the date(s) that were placed on a 24hr hold will be released. Please advise if you require more time to complete the reservation. The remainder of the rental fee plus the refundable security deposit of $500 and the cleaning fee $150 is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental. If the beginning of the rental is less than 30 days before the booking date, all payments are due in full.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required with the final balance. The security deposit is taken and held in trust until an inspection of the rental property can be completed, after check-out, to confirm that there is no loss or damage. The cottage owner will release the Security Deposit via etransfer.
The cottage owner will hold all bookings as reserved. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date, if 48 hours after this date, the payment has not been received, the booking will be cancelled and the initial payment is non-refundable.
